Matwork classes in Ladywell - SE13
Come along to one of the Pilates matwork classes to develop your body awareness, improve your flexibility and core stability in a safe and effective way. Classes are a maximum of 12 people to ensure close supervision and support.
When: Every Monday
6.30-7.30pm: beginners
7.45-8.45pm: beginners/intermediate
Where: At St Mary’s Centre (room 1), Ladywell Road, London SE13 7UW (1 minute from Ladywell train station)
Fees:

| Block of 5: | £40 paid in advance (£8 per class) |
